Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at privacymalaysia306@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

After we receive your return request, please allow 2-4 business days for processing.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Shipping Times

Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days and arrive within 7-15 business days after shipment.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at privacymalaysia306@gmail.com. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
