Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended; you will be notified if there is a delay.

Shipping Time

After processing, shipping typically takes 7-12 business days to arrive. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order as it may have already been processed or shipped.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
